This Cash flow App focuses on what cash you have available now and by knowing your future payment you will easily manage and control your future bank statements.
Unlike many a system this focuses on the nature of your payments such as AP payments, Statutory payments, loan schedules and committed expenses to ensure you manage your cash flow profit the best way possible.
It is very easy to maintain as it does not need you to update past transactions nor do you need to first reconcile your bank accounts. It simply ask how much cash do you have available to day and it will instantly tell you your future for each of your bank accounts. It has the added feature of "What if" this and that happen or I commit to this or that project or campaign.
The process is simply:
1. Enter or confirm your bank balances
Thats it. It will simply show you;
2. Graph on how much money you have available by day.
3. Scroll down one bit and it will show you by money in/out category how much you generate by month.
4. Tap one category item and it will show you what you are spending your money on - this you can modify as you see fit - by tap and change.
